Our company was established in the year 1940 by Late Sri Upendra Ananth Pai who is one of the founder- promoter of erstwhile Syndicate Bank. The company commenced it’s business with the Paid up Capital of Rs. 3,00,000.

Started with the Primary object of Financing under Hire Purchase & Leasing Company, ours is a Non Banking Financial Company and empowered to carry on the business of Non Banking Financial activities as per the Certificate of Registration granted by Reserve Bank of India vide Certificate No B-02-00074 Dated 14.09.2004.
